We are a collaboration of established media creatives with a known track record in championing self-empowerment and self-led, sustainable futures for under-represented young people and emerging talent. Our focus in on Creative and Social Value Self-Enterprise.

Our vision
We love talent and we think everybody has it. That’s why we champion self-led, creative self-enterprise for social good. Where there’s an opportunity – we want everyone to know about it and have access to it. We want all under-represented talent to have direct access to the tools, structures and networks to create their own sustainable futures in the re-imagined world of work. We believe in owning our own narratives and telling our own stories.

Our story
We started out in the forefront of UK’s campaigning and pioneering Black media in the ’80s & 90s. Today, here we are – still advocating self-determination, self-led representation and championing creative talent for good. The story continues….

Our projects
100% Thrive
We champion and believe in young people’s creativity and sustainable dreams. Our Big Purpose is that every young person has the chance to realise their talent and fulfill their potential through education, skills, and work/life opportunities. We love to raise awareness and facilitate opportunities for creative self-enterprise and boost direct access to the structures and networks in the New World of Work.
Co-Working for All – Research
Struck by the lack of diversity in London’s Coworking spaces we produced the research The Co-Working Revolution – Working for All? (2018). Pre-Covid 19, collaborative workspaces provided vital incubation for Startup and entrepreneurial innovation. The global pandemic has further highlighted inequalities and digital poverty. As workspace is being re-imagined the need for open and safe opportunity to network, socialise and collaborate remains integral to organisations values and culture.
Equal Stages
#whatareyoudoingtomorrow
Equal Stages is a programme to equalize the Creative Arts for practioners and audiences. We collaborate with established and emerging artists to redefine limiting structures and increase public engagement.
Equal Stages Global is the international Zoom roundtable series inviting world practitioners to share lived experience leading to inter-cultural connection and change.
Reboot History
#sharetheknowledge
Originally launched in 1998 as an annual print magazine, Reboot History is a new media resource dedicated to highlighting and sharing empowering, historical knowledge. We share Black History Stories of those who made history and those who are making impact now. We are committed to keeping alive the legacies of trailblazers that came before us and also to promoting a new Generation of Greatness.
